The Team
We’re seeking an analytics professional who brings creativity, curiosity, and collaboration to the table, someone eager to lead data-driven initiatives grounded in strong hypotheses and business relevance. This role requires more than reporting outcomes; we’re looking for a thinker who relentlessly pursues the why behind the data to uncover root causes and drive meaningful impact. As part of CKSI (Customer Knowledge & Strategic Insights), you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams across both product domains and core business operations. This role offers broad exposure to a range of business leaders and initiatives, giving you the opportunity to connect insights across different parts of the organization to drive meaningful impact. This is an individual contributor role.
The Expertise and The Skills You Bring
Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
