Our team, Client and Account Maintenance, spearheads AI-driven projects for straight-through processing, enhancing company-wide scalability and efficiency under the current initiative.
About your role
The Lead Business Analyst role is a pivotal position within the Client and Account Maintenance team, tasked with driving AI-centric projects aimed at revolutionising straight-through processing. This role closly work with our global partners transforming how our company operates, enhancing scalability and efficiency across the board. As the Lead Business Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, shaping strategies that integrate cutting-edge AI solutions to streamline operations. Your insights will guide critical decision-making processes, ensuring our initiatives align with broader company objectives. By leading this effort, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our operations are more agile, reducing manual interventions, and ultimately delivering a seamless experience for our clients. About you
You are an experienced business analyst with a strong background in AI and data-driven projects. You possess a proven track record in leading complex initiatives and have a deep understanding of straight-through processing. Your communication skills, computure science skill and analytical skills are exceptional, enabling you to interpret data effectively and make strategic decisions. You are adept at integrating AI solutions to enhance operational efficiency and scalability. With a keen eye for detail, you ensure alignment with company objectives, driving innovative solutions and fostering growth.
