About your team

Based in the Dublin office and part of the Asset Management Delivery Business Management team, you will partner closely with teams including Fund Servicing Operations, Client Servicing Operations, Investor Servicing, Learning & Development and Risk & Compliance to support effective delivery, governance, and engagement across the Dublin site.

About your role
This is a broad and influential role combining AMD Business Management responsibilities with Dublin Site Coordination, supporting the effective delivery of strategic priorities, governance, and engagement across the Dublin office.

As Dublin Site Coordinator, you will work closely with the Dublin Site Head and Leadership Team to support the smooth running of the site. You will help drive the strategic goals and priorities for the Dublin office. You will coordinate leadership meetings, manage engagement models, track key objectives and KPIs, and ensure effective communication and collaboration across teams. Alongside this, you will oversee community, learning, and engagement initiatives, supporting a vibrant and inclusive site culture.

As AMD Business Manager, you will partner with senior leaders to help drive business priorities, operating rhythm, and execution. This includes supporting strategic planning, tracking objectives and key performance indicators, coordinating leadership forums, and ensuring clear communication and alignment across Asset Management Delivery teams.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, organisational and analytical skills, and the ability to operate confidently across strategic, operational, and coordination activities in a fast-paced environment. While some administrative support to senior leaders remains part of the role, the primary focus is on business management, coordination, and delivery.

About you

You will be an organised, proactive, and confident professional with strong communication and influencing skills, capable of building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders. You’ll bring strategic thinking, sound judgement, and excellent project management abilities to deliver multiple priorities. With previous experience in Business Management, operations, or senior stakeholder support, ideally within a financial services environment, you’ll demonstrate discretion, teamwork, and initiative, thriving under pressure while maintaining a calm, professional, and solutions-focused approach. You will be comfortable operating with ambiguity, proactively identifying opportunities to improve ways of working, governance, and engagement across the business and Dublin site.

Feel rewarded

For starters, we’ll offer you a comprehensive benefits package. We’ll value your wellbeing and support your development. And we’ll be as flexible as we can about where and when you work – finding a balance that works for all of us. It’s all part of our commitment to making you feel motivated by the work you do and happy to be part of our team.
