Job Description:Fidelity Bank is seeking a Government Banking Relationship Associate to support a growing portfolio of municipal, county, school district, and other public‑sector clients. This role works closely with the Government Banking Relationship Manager to deliver exceptional client service, ensure adherence to public‑fund requirements, and strengthen long‑term relationships within the government sector. The position includes assisting with client onboarding, documentation, treasury services, and account management while serving as a responsive point of contact for government officials and internal partners. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, professional, and adaptable, with strong communication skills and an interest in building a career in government banking and commercial lending. This is an excellent opportunity to gain specialized experience while contributing to a high‑performing, community‑focused team.
