The Opportunity

What You’ll Contribute

  • Drive strategic planning and execution to protect and expand FICO® Score market share within the auto industry ecosystem.
  • Develop multi-year growth strategies with detailed industry segmentation and market positioning to optimize go-to-market effectiveness.
  • Lead cross-organizational auto industry initiatives and high-impact projects.
  • Serve as primary strategic advisor to the VP of Auto, delivering critical industry insights to the FICO® Scores Leadership Team.
  • Build and maintain C-level relationships with Auto Lenders, Dealers, and Solution Providers to position FICO® Scores as the industry standard.
  • Establish trusted advisor status with key clients and industry influencers by aligning FICO solutions with their strategic business objectives.
  • Generate actionable market insights and develop scalable competitive analysis to inform pricing strategies and market positioning.
  • Provide thought leadership through client engagements, industry events, and strategic presentations.
  • Resolve complex client and solution challenges through strategic recommendations on contracting, pricing, and service delivery.
  • Partner effectively with internal stakeholders and functional teams from solution development through successful deal closure.

What We’re Seeking

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • Progressive leadership experience in the auto financing ecosystem with demonstrated success managing executive relationships and delivering enterprise solutions.
  • Proven track record with auto lenders and automotive dealers (required); experience with data resellers or automotive solution providers preferred.
  • Knowledge of FICO products and credit scoring methodologies preferred.
  • Executive-level leadership experience providing strategic guidance to C-suite stakeholders.
  • Established network of trusted advisor relationships across auto lending and dealership sectors.
  • Deep credit underwriting and risk management expertise with strong business development acumen.
  • Proven success in product/service management, strategic planning, and partner relationship development.
  • Expert-level client engagement skills with consultative selling approach and ability to translate complex business challenges into tailored solutions.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication abilities, including compelling storytelling and executive-level material development.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience developing market insights and competitive positioning strategies.
  • Understanding of auto loan securitization and asset-backed securities markets is helpful.
  • Experience operating effectively in global, matrixed organizations.
  • Ability to travel 25-50% based on client needs and industry events.
