To achieve our mission, we are looking for bar-raisers with a hands-on mindset who are eager to help shape the future of entertainment!

Ready to be part of the experience?

Now, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission.

About the Role

As a Technical Project Manager (Data Engineering), you will play a key role in ensuring that our data solutions deliver tangible value to both internal teams and external partners. You’ll work hand-in-hand with Data Tech Leads, Engineers, Product Managers, and Project Managers to translate business needs into clear technical deliverables — and drive those projects to completion with excellence and precision.

This is a highly cross-functional role: you’ll navigate between the world of technology and the world of business with equal fluency, ensuring impeccable communication, alignment, and execution across teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner closely with Data Engineering Tech Leads, Product Managers, and Project Managers to scope, plan, and deliver data and reporting solutions for internal teams and external partners.

  • Collaborate closely with the Tech Leads to make sure partner needs are not only understood but embedded into the technical roadmap and delivery priorities.

  • Meet with partners to discuss data-related projects, gather requirements, and present progress or deliverables.

  • Collaborate with Business Development, Project Management, and Growth teams to align requirements and timelines for data-driven initiatives.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations and demos to partners showcasing Fever’s data products and capabilities.

  • Develop a deep understanding of Fever’s data model, business processes, partner-facing dashboards, data products, APIs, and how they connect business needs with technical capabilities.

  • Translate business questions into precise technical specifications for engineers and data teams.

  • Monitor and manage project timelines, milestones, and dependencies, ensuring clear communication and accountability across stakeholders.

  • Identify and propose technologies or process improvements that help solve current challenges and shape the future of our data ecosystem.

  • Contribute actively to the execution of the Data Engineering vision, driving high-quality delivery across projects.

About You

  • Excellent command of English is essential, as you will regularly communicate with international clients and partners; Spanish will be the primary working language with local teams and clients.

  • You have solid experience managing data or analytics projects end-to-end, ideally in a fast-paced tech, SaaS, or consulting environment.

  • You understand how data models, ETL pipelines, and reporting systems work — and can hold meaningful conversations with engineers about architecture and trade-offs.

  • You’re equally comfortable discussing project timelines with stakeholders and schema design with developers.

  • You thrive in fast-moving environments with evolving definitions and ambiguity, where stakeholders may not be technical — and you bring structure, clarity, and momentum.

  • Communication skills are key: you know how to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language and build trust with both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • You take extreme ownership — from discovery to delivery — and ensure that every project meets both technical and business expectations.

  • You have excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.

  • Familiarity with tools like Snowflake, DBT, Airflow, DataHub, or BI platforms (Metabase, Superset, Looker, etc.) is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working on partner-facing reporting portals or analytics platforms will be a strong plus. Fever owns a rich ecosystem of dashboards and visual reports, and we value candidates who can bring ideas and experience to help shape the vision and strategy of our reporting products and the reporting experience for partners.
