About the Team

With multiple products, countries, and operational models, ensuring consistency and efficiency across operations is key. As the Operations team, our mission is to help Fever scale sustainably by improving the way we work, standardizing processes, and maintaining a best-in-class experience for all stakeholders.

We work closely with different operational teams, partners, and internal stakeholders to design, document, and supervise operational processes, ensuring alignment and smooth execution across different environments. We enjoy launching new projects, building clear operational frameworks, and making sure execution on the ground reflects defined standards and best practices.

We are looking for an Operations Analyst who enjoys bringing structure to complex operational environments, connecting teams, and ensuring that ways of working are clearly defined, aligned, and properly executed.

This cross-functional role will give you a deep understanding of how operations work across different contexts, allowing you to collaborate with multiple teams and play a key role in coordinating and supervising operational initiatives.

About the Role:

  • Participating in and supporting cross-company operational projects aimed at aligning processes, tools, and execution standards.

  • Acting as a coordination point between different operational teams, ensuring smooth collaboration, clear ownership, and effective communication.

  • Creating and maintaining operational guidelines, playbooks, and documentation to standardize ways of working.

  • Supervising specific events or operational executions to ensure processes are followed and identifying gaps between design and execution.

  • Tracking project progress, follow-ups, risks, and action plans, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and with the expected quality.

  • Leading analysis to support decision-making, balancing operational efficiency, cost control, and experience quality.

  • Identifying improvement opportunities and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across operations and logistics.

  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, milestones, and deliverables.

This role requires a strong combination of analytical skills, structured thinking, and hands-on operational understanding, with a clear focus on coordination and execution excellence.

About You:

  • You have 1–2 years of relevant experience (e.g., consulting, operations or tech related)

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics or related fields.

  • You are fluent in Spanish and English.

  • You have experience in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization.

  • Having previous experience in preparing operational reports and KPIs is highly valued

  • You embrace change and you create it! We are a fast-growing company and we want you to help us to adapt to these changes.

  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions

  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Benefits & Perks:

  • Attractive compensation package consisting of base salary and the potential to earn a significant bonus for top performance

  • Opportunity to have a real impact in a high-growth global category leader

  • 40% discount on all Fever events and experiences

  • Work in a location in the heart of Madrid

  • Home-office friendly

  • Health insurance

  • Gympass membership

  • English Lessons

  • Other benefits such as Flexible remuneration with a 100% tax exemption through Cobee and the possibility to receive in advance part of your salary by Payflow.

  • Responsibility from day one and professional and personal growth

  • Great work environment with a young, international team of talented people to work with!
