Job Description: 


We are looking for an organized and proactive individual to join our Office Management team. In this role, you will assist with various tasks that support the team’s success. If you're passionate about teamwork, organization, and process development, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

About the role:


  • Manage VP and GM’s travel arrangements (including visas/accommodation).

  • Support the VP and GMs by handling emails and documents, ensuring that everything is processed correctly.

  • Support the VP and GMs by coordinating travel arrangements and activities for Partners.

  • Maintain the VPs' and GMs' contact list and screen calls, inquiries, and requests when needed.

  • Understand team needs, identify training opportunities, and help with onboarding and upskilling processes.

  • Produce documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations for the VP.

  • Collaboration and maintenance of the quality and environmental management system.

  • Utilize the resources provided by the organization effectively.

  • Carry out appropriate segregation of waste.


About you:
To be successful in your role, you will need to:


  • 1-2 years of experience, preferably in a global company.

  • English Level: C1 at least.

  • Any other language is a plus.

  • Google Suite + Microsoft Office knowledge.

  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).

  • Excellent eye for detail and accuracy.

  • Team player.

  • Enthusiasm and pro-activity.

  • Solution-oriented and reliable professionals.

  • Are flexible. Everything can change very quickly, and you know how to adapt.
