We are currently expanding our plant with a new second production line and are hiring immediately.

What You'll Do Every Day

• Set up and operate CNC machines (lathes, mills, etc.).
• Load and unload machines and monitor machining processes.
• Perform tool changes, offsets, and basic CNC programming adjustments.
• Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools.
• Check first parts and make process corrections when needed.
• Maintain dimensional accuracy and part quality.
• Perform routine housekeeping and basic machine service work.
• Assist with training new operators as experience grows.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of CNC machine operation experience.
• Experience with tooling, offsets, and tool changes.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
• High school diploma, CNC apprenticeship, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with machining processes such as turning, milling, drilling, grinding, or polishing.
• Siemens 840D or crankshaft processing experience is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
