What You'll Get

• Starting pay from $15–$35/hr depending on experience and training levels.

What You'll Do Every Day

• Use tools such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
• Learn to operate CMMs and advanced form and surface measurement systems.
• Inspect precision components used in high‑performance engines.
• Support engineers and production teams to ensure accuracy and quality.

What We're Looking For

• A reliable, motivated person who wants to learn and grow.
• Comfort with basic hand tools (or willingness to learn).
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
• High school diploma or technical‑school training.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
