Descripción del rol:
Policies, Guidelines and Protocols: Follow established policies, guidelines, and protocols. Report any issues or inconsistencies to the senior management and suggest improvements based on practical experience.
Project Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Insights & Reporting: Produce accurate reports for others by collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting it into standard formats.
Analysis and Problem Solving: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making processes and contribute creative and effective solutions in collaboration with other team members.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with different departments to understand their functions and contribute to cross-functional initiatives.
Learning & Development: Participate in training and professional development programs to acquire specific job-related skills and become familiar with Ferrovial’s processes and procedures.
Improvement and Innovation: Identify areas for improvement within existing processes and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Capability Building: Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation where relevant to improve performance and fulfill personal potential. Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
