Job Description:
Auxiliar Técnico
Objetivo del Cargo
- El Auxiliar Técnico apoya las tareas operativas y técnicas del área de Producción, asegurando calidad, seguridad y cumplimiento de plazos. Su rol facilita la coordinación entre equipos, el control de recursos y la eficiencia en los procesos constructivos.
Responsabilidades Principales
- Preparar y controlar materiales necesarios para la obra.
- Revisar y actualizar planos y documentos técnicos.
- Apoyar la supervisión en terreno y el cumplimiento de normas de seguridad.
- Registrar avances de obra en sistemas internos.
- Coordinar insumos y servicios con proveedores y subcontratistas.
Funciones Generales
- Mantener orden y seguridad en áreas de trabajo.
- Controlar inventarios básicos y reportar faltantes.
- Apoyar la logística interna de equipos y suministros.
- Participar en reuniones operativas con información relevante.
- Cumplir normativas de prevención de riesgos.
Funciones Específicas del Área (Producción)
- Revisar especificaciones técnicas de materiales.
- Participar en la planificación diaria y asegurar recursos.
- Colaborar en pruebas y controles de calidad.
- Registrar consumos y desperdicios.
- Coordinar con mantenimiento la operatividad de equipos.
Funciones Específicas del Cargo
- Actualizar bases de datos técnicas.
- Gestionar documentación de calidad.
- Apoyar informes técnicos.
- Monitorear plazos de tareas asignadas.
- Brindar soporte básico en instalación y montaje.
Requisitos Excluyentes
Formación
- Educación media completa.
- Deseable formación técnica en construcción u obras civiles.
Conocimientos Computacionales
- Manejo intermedio de MS Office.
- Deseable conocimientos básicos en AutoCAD.
- Familiaridad con sistemas ERP.
Certificaciones
- Curso de Prevención de Riesgos (obligatorio).
- Primeros Auxilios y manejo seguro de herramientas (deseables).
Competencias Técnicas
- Interpretación de planos.
- Control de calidad básico.
- Gestión documental técnica.
Experiencia
- 1 a 2 años en construcción, obras civiles o montaje industrial.
- Experiencia en apoyo técnico y logístico en obra.
