Ferring + You
As SNO Project Manager, you will play a global role within the team of Supply Network Operations. This is a hands-on position with strong exposure to senior stakeholders, where you will translate strategy into execution and help drive continuous improvement across SNO.
You will lead and contribute to a wide range of strategic and operational initiatives including project management governance, strategy implementation, communication, budget planning, risk management, and S&OP-related activities. Your work will directly support the effectiveness, transparency, and performance of the global supply network.
Your day at Ferring
Support SNO leadership in translating strategy into actionable plans, roadmaps, deliverables, and timelines
Lead the SNO Project Management Program, including governance, prioritization, and review processes
Lead and actively contribute to strategic and tactical SNO projects across regions and value streams
Ensure SNO process documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date
Support the SNO Leadership Team with high-quality presentations and communication materials
Enable effective communication and alignment across internal and external stakeholders
Support execution of key business activities to drive continuous improvement and mitigate operational risks
Run the SNO risk management process, including risk inputs for S&OP, Business Plan, and Budget cycles
Behind our Innovation... There's You
A university degree in Management, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline
5+ years of experience in increasingly complex supply chain roles and/or relevant consultancy
Strong project and stakeholder management experience in an international and/or complex environment
Proven change management capabilities, including influencing mind-set and behavioural change
Excellent communication, persuasion, and influencing skills, including engagement with senior leadership
Ability to lead and contribute to problem solving across functions, geographies, and business units
Excellent command of English
Demand planning and/or S&OP expertise is preferred
APICS certification or similar post-degree supply chain qualification is considered a plus.
