About this role
Job Description:
1.进行原辅料、包装材料、半成品和成品的物理／化学检验；
Handle physical/chemistry inspection of raw materials, packaging materials, semi-finished products and finished products;
2.生活饮用水、纯化水和注射用水的物理／化学监测；
Physical/chemistry monitoring of drinking water, purified water and water for injection;
3.溶液配制、滴定液的标定；
Handle Solution preparation and volumetric solutions standardization;
4. 参与仪器的确认、产品/原辅料/包材的方法学验证、工艺验证。
Participate in the qualification of instrument and analysis methods validation/ process validation for product, raw materials and packaging materials..
5.及时报告检验中遇到的问题，包括OOX事件、偏差、质量风险和安全隐患。
Report the problems that happen in inspection in time, including OOX events, deviation, quality risk and hidden danger.
6.完成上级安排的其他任务。
Fulfil other routine works assigned by the superior;

What you'll do
- The QC Lab Assistant is responsible for conducting physical and chemical inspections of various materials and products, as well as monitoring the quality of water used in pharmaceutical processes. They also participate in instrument qualification and validation processes, and report any issues encountered during inspections.
