Join Ferguson as our Dealer Program Manager – HVAC. This outstanding opportunity allows you to make a significant impact on our HVAC dealer programs across the Southwest region. You will work closely with the HVAC Director to drive dealer prospecting, growth, and conversion to in-market brands, ensuring flawless execution of our ambitious goals.

This role is ideally based in Chandler, AZ (preferred). However, we will also consider candidates living in the following metro areas, who can office out of one of our local Area offices:

  • Metro Phoenix, AZ

  • Las Vegas, NV

  • Salt Lake City, UT

  • Denver, CO

This position supports dealer program growth across the region and will require regular travel to support customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and drive implementation of brand-specific dealer growth programs (new/prospecting or converting dealer, business segmentation) across the region.
  • Track branch growth funds to ensure alignment with dealer eligibility and program goals, separate from Market Development Funds (MDF).
  • Accountable for branded programs at the region level, including growth program investment.
  • Coordinate and monitor dealer rebate programs for the region, ensuring timely execution, accurate tracking, and reporting.
  • Supervise dealer program implementation for the region, which involves registration, billing, and dealer tracking.
  • Support technical training registration and billing for education and certification opportunities.
  • Oversee and drive execution of brand specific dealer growth programs across Region (new / prospecting or converting dealer, business segmentation)​
  • Track branch growth funds to ensure alignment with dealer eligibility and program goals (separate from MDF – Market Development Funds)
  • Accountable for branded programs at the Region level (growth program investment)​

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing HVAC programs or similar administrative roles.
  • Outstanding organizational and tracking skills.
  • Proficiency in implementing and monitoring dealer programs.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to strictly adhere to program guidelines and objectives.
  • Positive attitude and ambitious approach.

Pay Range:

$5,608.34 - $9,425.00

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
