Ferguson is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Facilities Coordinator/Call Operator to support daily facility operations and provide call-routing services for our main company phone line. This role requires a proactive professional with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for escalated facility issues and emergencies.
  • Greet and receive visitors and vendors, ensuring all security procedures are followed.
  • Answer main lobby calls and route them to the appropriate personnel or provide general assistance.
  • Coordinate activities with external vendors and contractors.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support strategic initiatives and projects.
  • Utilize facilities management software and reporting tools.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and operational standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in facilities management software and reporting tools is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
