About the Role
We are seeking a Project Manager to support the consolidation and rollout of Infor M3 ERP across multiple business units within our organization. This position is ideal for a mid-level project manager with ERP experience who can coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and support change management—without requiring deep technical or senior-level M&A expertise.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has worked on ERP projects and wants to grow, while contributing to a high-visibility company initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of ERP consolidation activities, including schedules, milestones, and task coordination.
- Partner with IT, operations, finance, and local branch teams to gather requirements and help ensure smooth deployment.
- Assist in coordinating data migration efforts, testing, and validation activities.
- Facilitate meetings, track action items, and maintain project documentation.
- Support stakeholder communication through status updates, reporting, and issue tracking.
- Coordinate training and basic change-management activities for end users.
- Help ensure project deliverables remain on track, escalating risks or blockers when needed.
- Provide post-go-live support during stabilization periods to help ensure successful adoption.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in ERP, software implementation, or IT projects.
- Experience supporting projects involving systems such as Infor M3, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, or similar).
- Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ERP deployments, data migrations, or process-automation initiatives.
- Understanding of ERP functions such as finance, supply chain, or operations.
- Exposure to change-management or user-training activities.
- PMP, CAPM, Agile, or related certification (not required).
