We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping operations across our vibrant campus. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in both leadership and hands-on work—ensuring residents live in a clean, safe, and dignified environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a dedicated housekeeping team
- Ensure resident apartments and common areas are clean, sanitary, and well-maintained
- Collaborate with staff across departments to meet campus-wide needs
- Respond to resident requests with respect and professionalism
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ supervisory experience in environmental services or hospitality required; experience in senior living, healthcare, or similar residential settings highly preferred
- Must have or be able to acquire a fingerprint clearance card
- Strong communication skills
- Able to read, write, speak and understand English
- Experience with ADP payroll processing a plus
- Must have experience with MS Word and Excel
- Experience with Yardi a plus
- A heart for serving older adults
- Knowledge of safe cleaning practices and infection control
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and moving furniture
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a team-first mindset
Shift: Mon-Fri; some weekends or evenings as needed.
