This role will own marketing operations, data analytics, performance reporting, and process optimization to ensure our growth engine runs efficiently and scales effectively.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You’ll work cross-functionally with campaigns, digital, field, and sales teams to deliver actionable insights, optimize marketing investments, and embed operational discipline across the business. Critically, you will act as a strategic and hands-on partner to the VP of Global Growth - supporting market expansion initiatives, ABM programs, and pipeline management. In this role you will also have a dual reporting line to the Chief Marketing Officer as a Chief of Staff supporting marketing board-level materials and embedding an operational rhythm that drives measurable impact across the function.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Your day to day:</strong></p> <ul style="text-align: justify;"> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Own global marketing operations, analytics, and reporting frameworks.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Develop and maintain dashboards that track pipeline coverage, velocity, conversion rates, and ROI.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Provide actionable insights that guide strategic decisions across campaigns, digital, and field marketing.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Partner with revenue/ sales operations and finance to ensure pipeline, forecasting, and revenue attribution are aligned.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Define and optimize the marketing tech stack, ensuring systems integrate seamlessly with CRM and sales tools.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Act as a trusted advisor to the VP of Global Growth, shaping strategic initiatives while also providing hands-on support with funnel analytics, pipeline reporting, and market insights.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Support the CMO with board reports, investor updates, and executive-level presentations.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Drive operational cadence for the marketing organization - quarterly planning, goal setting, and business reviews.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and implement best practices to increase efficiency and scale.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Manage and mentor a lean team focused on analytics, marketing operations, and business intelligence.</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br><br></span></li> </ul> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>You Have &amp; Know How:</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">7+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or analytics, with proven leadership experience.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Deep understanding of B2B SaaS pipeline dynamics, funnel management, and demand generation metrics.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Marketo/Hubspot, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker), and attribution models.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Track record of building dashboards and reporting frameworks that inform executive decision-making.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience supporting senior leadership (CMO, VP-level) with both strategic initiatives and hands-on operational execution.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to manage operational cadence across a global team and align multiple stakeholders.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Strong people management skills with experience building and developing lean, high-impact teams.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience in fintech, enterprise technology, or AI-driven companies is a plus</span></li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><hr> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Your First 30-Days at Feedzai:</strong></p> <p style="text-align: justify;">You will be immersed in our brand with training, connections, and one-on-one time with your manager.
