What your main responsibilities are:

Core Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership
    • Shape and oversee pricing strategies for global/regional customers, ensuring alignment with corporate supply chain and revenue objectives.
    • Lead the design and governance of commercial policies, price boundaries, and compliance frameworks to safeguard profitability and prevent leakage.
  • People Leadership
    • Mentor and coach team members on complex pricing proposals, fostering analytical excellence and commercial acumen.
    • Build a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability across diverse teams and geographies.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, influencing decisions with data‑driven insights.
  • Process Transformation
    • Identify and drive process improvement opportunities, embedding best practices in pricing, RFQ management, and contract governance.
    • Champion change management initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.
    • Ensure seamless end‑to‑end deal execution by coordinating with sales, finance, legal, corporate strategy, and executive teams globally.
  • System & Analytics Leadership
    • Oversee the development and implementation of dynamic pricing models/algorithms leveraging AI/ML and BI capabilities.
    • Drive automation and digital transformation in revenue management systems to maximize efficiency and profitability.
    • Deliver advanced, data‑driven insights and dashboards to support executive decision‑making.

Functional Skills & Qualifications

  • Masters/MBA from a top business school in Marketing, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
  • 7–10 years of relevant experience in pricing, strategy, consulting, or revenue management, with proven leadership exposure.
  • Deep understanding of global economy, supply chain dynamics, and competitive business drivers.
  • Strong expertise in enterprise databases, BI tools, advanced Excel, and awareness of AI/ML‑driven systems.
  • Exceptional communication, executive storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
