What you will be doing:
• Ensuring that customers' urgent packages get to the right place, on time
• Answering incoming calls from customers in relation to shipment collection requests and delivery inquiries
• Checking and investigating failed shipments deliveries or collections when needed; prioritising and reallocating any failed deliveries for the next day delivery
• Entering data into our in-house tracking system
• Running clear and effective communication and collaboration with the team, your manager, and other operations stations
• Adhering to FedEx processes, procedures and controls, and regulatory requirements

• Good knowledge of German is required

• Intermediate knowledge of English is required

Ihre Aufgaben:
• Sicherstellen, dass dringende Pakete unserer Kunden pünktlich am richtigen Ort ankommen
• Beantworten eingehender Kundenanrufe im Zusammenhang mit Sendungsabholanfragen und Lieferanfragen
• Überprüfen und untersuchen Sie bei Bedarf fehlgeschlagene Sendungszustellungen oder -abholungen; Priorisierung und Neuzuweisung fehlgeschlagener Lieferungen für den nächsten Tag
• Dateneingabe in unser internes Trackingsystem
• Klare und effektive Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team, Ihrem Vorgesetzten und anderen Betriebsstellen
• Einhaltung der FedEx Prozesse, Verfahren und Kontrollen sowie der gesetzlichen Anforderungen

Ihre Voraussetzungen:
• Gute Kommunikations- und Sozialkompetenz
• Fähigkeit, in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld mit engen Zeitvorgaben zu arbeiten
• Fähigkeit, die eigene Zeit effektiv und detailorientiert einzuteilen

• Gute Deutschkenntnisse sind erforderlich

• Mittlere Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich
