- Provides legal review, advice, and direction to domestic and international customers. With this position, it is expected that the attorney can interact with other areas within the corporation and is able to successfully explain what is required from each one to make more efficient the processes where Legal is involved.
- Drafts and reviews legal documents and also review proposed transactions to ensure maximum benefit to the corporation and minimum exposure to risk; and structures, negotiates, and drafts legal documents.
- Acts as primary legal department contact for outside attorney communications on assigned projects/issues.
- Provides input to other members of the legal department, upon request, with respect to area of expertise.

What you'll do
- The Permit Specialist Senior is responsible for obtaining permits and licenses for operations and providing legal review and advice to customers. They will draft and review legal documents and act as the primary contact for outside attorney communications.
