About this role

Pay: $18.50 per hour

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm

Location: E. Holmes Road, Memphis, TN 38118

 

Responsibilities

Responsible for troubleshooting and repairing various electronic devices' hardware, software, and peripheral components. Loads and verifies correct operation of software packages, including operating systems. Provides depot technical support to internal and third‑party organizations.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications -- External

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, preferably in technology or computer technology.
  • One (1) year of experience in technical support or a technical repair environment required.

Skills & Competencies

  • Ability to work effectively in team environments.
  • Demonstrates promptness and strong attention to detail.
  • Contributes to a safe working environment.
  • Ability to work in a self‑directed environment.
  • Ability to complete all required basic and recurrent regulatory training.
  • Ability to perform spill clean‑up functions as required.
  • Ability to read and understand operating manuals and work instructions.
