About this role

POSITION OVERVIEW:
This position is to be the administrator/owner of the fuel cards that are used to access diesel fuel, motor oil, washer fluid, and diesel exhaust fluid for our trucks nationwide.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.    Performing activating and de-activating, replacement, and fraudulent cards
2.    Provide accurate information and assistance, which includes running reports and analyzing opportunities for the company drive efficiencies, detect fraud, and detect compliance violations. 
3.    Communicate compliance deficiencies identified by the business intelligent tool and communicate these deficiencies to management.
4.    Manage the inventory of fuel cards within the system. 
5.    Communicate with service centers assessments of fraud issues.
6.    Communicate and point of contact with internal customers addressing questions regarding retail fuel locations, fuel cards, accessory purchases. 
7.    Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
8.    Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
•    Associate’s degree from a two-year college  
•    Two (2) years of general office experience preferred 
•    Demonstrated time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills 
•    Ability to handle confidential information 
•    Ability to follow instructions and complete required training 
•    Ability to work independently and/or as a team member 
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
