
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Provide analytical support for transportation and logistics functions by analyzing driver performance, optimizing training programs, and developing data‑driven solutions that improve safety, efficiency, and retention.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to ELDT and Driver Development data applications.
Utilize program data to conduct studies, identify trends, risks, and opportunities and provide solutions to management.
Determine best practices in Driver Development and ensure compliance with all DOT and FMCSA rules, regulations company policy standards.
Maintain all ELDT documents needed to provide FMCSA/DOT for all TPR-FMCSA reviews/audit.
Serve as a resource for field leadership with data-backed guidance to support Driver Development
Collaborate closely with Leadership, HR, Safety, Program Managers, Driver Development instructors, Fleet Maintenance, and other internal stakeholders to build strong partnerships.
Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
Perform other duties as required.
