As a Supply Chain Data Analytics Intern, you will work closely with our supply chain professionals to analyze data, identify trends, and support decision-making processes that drive operational efficiency. As an intern, you will be involved in various aspects of data collection, analysis, and reporting, contributing to projects that enhance supply chain performance. You will have the chance to collaborate with cross-functional teams, gaining valuable insights into the dynamic world of supply chain operations and data management.   Duties and Responsibilities:   Assist in collecting, processing, and analyzing supply chain data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and reporting tools to present data insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and ensure accurate reporting. Participate in data quality assessments and recommend enhancements to data collection processes. Conduct research on best practices in supply chain analytics and incorporate findings into projects. Help with the preparation of presentations and reports that communicate key findings to stakeholders. Contribute to various projects aimed at optimizing supply chain operations and reducing costs. Perform other duties as needed and assigned.   Qualifications  Minimum Qualifications:   Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Familiarity with data analysis techniques and methodologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Prior experience in academic projects involving data analytics is preferred. Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Tableau and Power BI, is a plus. Must be able to pass a background check and a drug test.   Physical Demands:   Required to type, have eye/hand/foot coordination, stand, walk, lift, carry, push, pull, kneel, reach, grasp, occasionally sit. Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. This position works in a typical office and manufacturing environment. Clarity of vision including the ability to appropriately differentiate colors. Ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and other sounds.   Additional Information:   This internship position is part of the TXWORKS - Student program. Interested applicants will complete the Student Eligibility Form to get started. TXWORKS-eligible students participating in TXWORKS internships earn a minimum of $20 per hour for at least 8 weeks / 96 hours for internship opportunities.
