Your mission, roles and responsibilities

1.    负责仓库日常管理，执行仓库管理制度、作业流程和操作规范，执行佛吉亚FES体系要求；
2.    负责原材料、成品、辅料、包材的入库、存储、出库管理，确保账物卡一致，准确率≥99.5%
3.    定期组织盘点，处理差异，管理仓库区域划分、货位规划、监督物料先进先出（FIFO）执行，防止呆滞和过期；
4.    负责SAP/WM系统数据维护，确保系统数据准确；
5.    编制库存报表，分析库存结构，提出流程优化及建议，成本控制意识；
6.    负责仓库团队（班长、拣货员、叉车工、帐务员等）的日常管理，预防安全事故发生。
7.    执行质量&安全&环境&健康&5S等现场管理，保持仓库整洁有序，落实防火、防盗、防潮、防静电（电子产品特殊要求）等安全措施；监督物料搬运、存储过程中的质量防护，处理异常情况（如物料损坏、数量差异、质量异常）；
8.    积极响应跨部门协作，物料计划小组&生产部门&商务计划小组保持密切联系，及时处理物料异常情况。
9.    熟悉电子仓产品特性： ESD、温湿度控制、物料防护等特殊要求；
10.    完成上级领导交代的其它工作事项

Your profile and competencies to succeed

理想的候选人： 
1.    本科及以上学历，物流管理或者工商管理专业；
2.    5年以上工作经验，3年以上仓库主管经验，汽车电子零部件优先；
3.    熟悉SAP MM和WM模块操作，熟悉电子产品仓储特性，
4.    数据分析能力强，有精益生产意识。
5.    能分析问题并实施改善方案，不断优化工作流程
6.    团队合作中沟通能力良好，有良好的决策，协调能力
7.    英语能力良好
最低标准的候选人 
1.    大专及以上学历；
2.    3年以上工作经验，2年以上仓库主管经验，电子行业优先；
3.    熟悉SAP系统，熟悉电子产品仓储特性， 
4.    能分析问题并实施改善方案，不断优化工作流程
5.    团队合作中沟通能力良好，有良好的决策，协调能力
