Your mission, roles and responsibilities

The main mission of the role are to:
1.    作为项目团队成员，尽快推动数字传输进度。  
2.    与管理层一起对MES流程和数据流进行车间审查，以帮助他们确定改进计划。 
3.    识别和评估与标准的偏差（运营和项目月度KPI），并进行指导和培训，以恢复标准与运营团队共同制定并执行年度测试计划。
4.    应用和开发MES和数字系统的新功能/特性，以创建高度自动化的流程。
5.    确保数据可追溯性的完整性
6.    领导安排的其他事务
Qualifications : 
1.    本科以上学历，计算机/软件/数字化/大数据/信息管理等相关专业
2.    2年以上制造行业 MES 系统实施或运维经验，具备至少一种主流 MES 系统
3.    有跨系统集成项目经验者优先。
4.    熟悉ISO9001/IATF16949/GMP 等质量体系对生产追溯、数据记录的合规要求
5.    良好的沟通技巧，推动解决方案
6.    英语良好

Your profile and competencies to succeed

理想的候选人：
1.    本科以上学历，计算机/软件/数字化/大数据/信息管理等相关专业
2.    3年以上制造行业 MES 系统实施或运维经验，具备至少一种主流 MES 系统
3.    有跨系统集成项目经验者优先。
4.    熟悉ISO9001/IATF16949/GMP 等质量体系对生产追溯、数据记录的合规要求
5.    良好的沟通技巧，推动解决方案
6.    英语可作为工作语言
最低标准的候选人
1.    大专以上学历，计算机/软件/数字化/大数据/信息管理等相关专业
2.    1-3年MES 系统实施或运维经验
3.    了解设备与数据采集原理，能独立完成设备的调试与故障排查。
4.    熟悉生产追溯、数据记录的合规要求
5.    良好的沟通能力
