Your mission, roles and responsibilities

o    Coordinate the activities of engineers in CRs and COs for serial projects.
o    Perform LPA audits.
o    Responsible for all Industrial Development activities for the Program.
o    Participate in ECR meetings for serial projects.
o    Responsible for executing work packages for the industrial development of the program at the plant: plant design, MIFD/MIFA, process flow, and industrial testing.
o    Responsible for planning project launches with the desired budget from definition to execution.
o    Coordinate product engineering changes requested by the customer.
o    Coordinate new projects according to the PMS and transfers.
o    Inventory analysis for direct consumption.
o    Ensure the correct implementation of new launches at the plant. 
o    Define the resources required by the Industrial Development support team in terms of workload, skills, training, and profiles.
o    Manage the Industrial Development support team to ensure that Industrial Development and the Plant are ready for launch, conducting reviews, assigning tasks, generating accountability, and preparing training and staffing plans related to the launch.
