Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Our Faurecia Clean Mobility EUROPE Operations Division is looking for you as a VIE Lean Manufacturing Engineer for the Europe Division in Mlada, CZ.

Your role and responsibilities?

Job will be to work on lean manufacturing (continuous improvement) and digital at Europe level with our Europeen footprint. 
 
- Activities will be split into several general topics : Plant performance improvement (productivities), development of Lean system (FES system), development of global standard, workshop, training and communication as well digital transformation of our operation
 
Performance/productivities 

•    Help management to achieve Profit and lost . Manage  DL productivities plans
•    Support budget, Stategic plan … 
•    Tracking plant Direct labor performances
•    Run workshop to support plant (Hoshin, Jishuken, SMED, automation project…)
•    Weekly and Monthly reporting of FES KPIs 
•    Silver Training plan and Formalization and follow up for the Region 

FES system deployment

• Diagnose and audit plant 
• Coach and follow system deployment
• Develop and support specific activities to enhance FES deployment (pull system, shop floor governance…)
• Support digital deployment of shop floor management tool respecting Lean principle 

Develop standard 

• Implement, test, validate benchmark solution. Write standard, procedure, recommendation to be applied word wide. 
• Ensure best practices collection as example auto reject, change over tools…
• Run lean workshop to support plants (Hoshin, SMED,Jishuken….)
• Develop training package and run the training
• Communication to support FES EUROPE activities and accelerate FES throughout organization  
• Animate FES EUR shareplaces
• Worskhop, training & communication

A high level of training  in lean manufacturing will be provided by the best Forvia Experts.  

Your profile and competencies to succeed

• Master's degree in engineering, with passion for the lean manufacturing
• Good interpersonal relationship skills and trainer's skills
• Autonomous
• Minimum bilingual (English mandatory)
