Your role as aN ITM Teller Part-time, Closer

As a Part-Time ITM Teller in the Closing position at Farmers and Merchants Bank, your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service through interactive teller machines, assisting clients with transactions, and ensuring the smooth operation of the banking technology. You will be responsible for identifying customer needs, solving problems efficiently, and maintaining the security of all transactions. Your expected schedule will require you to be available from 1 PM to 7:30 PM Monday through Friday each day and from 9 AM to 12 PM on Saturdays, totaling 29 hours per week.

In this role, you will also collaborate with your team to promote a safe and professional banking environment. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to learn various banking processes and develop your skills in a supportive setting.
