<p><strong>THE POSITION<br></strong>Our roster has an opening with your name on it</p> <p>FanDuel is looking for a Casino Media Associate to help support the in-house social team through campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting on the US Casino Business.&nbsp; This role sits within the Casino Marketing organization and reports directly to the Senior Manager of Paid Social. In this position, you will support day-to-day campaign management, trafficking, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns to meet business objectives.</p> <p>In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>THE GAME PLAN</strong><br>Everyone on our team has a part to play</p> <p><strong>Campaign Execution &amp; Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the planning, build, launch, and optimization of paid social campaigns across key platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, X).</li> <li>Assist with campaign trafficking and QA, ensuring accuracy across ad specs, targeting, tracking, and creative setup.</li> <li>Support ongoing creative, audience, and tactical testing across the funnel, helping implement test plans and document results.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Performance Monitoring &amp; Insights</strong></p> <ul> <li>Monitor campaign pacing and performance against core KPIs (e.g., CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate).</li> <li>Assist in analyzing performance data and identifying insights to inform optimizations and future testing.</li> <li>Contribute to weekly, monthly, and competitive reporting, helping summarize performance, key learnings, and next steps.</li> <li>Support process development for reporting, documentation, and budget pacing to improve efficiency and consistency.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Budget &amp; Operational Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist with daily and weekly budget pacing and campaign delivery across platforms.</li> <li>Support forecast inputs and spend tracking in partnership with senior team members.</li> <li>Help ensure accurate tagging, attribution, and data collection across platforms and measurement tools (e.g., AppsFlyer).</li> </ul> <p><strong>Platform &amp; Team Collaboration</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with platform representatives to stay informed on best practices, new formats, and innovation opportunities.</li> <li>Stay up to date on platform updates and emerging paid social trends, bringing forward ideas and recommendations.</li> <li>Work cross-functionally (Analytics, Creative, Finance, etc.) in a fast-paced environment to support strong execution and performance outcomes.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>THE STATS</strong><br>What we're looking for in our next teammate</p> <ul> <li>1-2+ years of hands-on paid media experience with a focus on paid social.</li> <li>Practical experience working within major social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, X).</li> <li>Familiarity with optimizing campaigns toward performance goals such as CPA and ROAS is a plus.</li> <li>Exposure to mobile attribution and measurement tools (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, Kochava, or similar) is a plus.</li> <li>Solid understanding of paid social fundamentals, including targeting, bidding, creative testing, placements, tagging, and reporting.</li> <li>Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.</li> <li>Highly detail-oriented, coachable, proactive, and collaborative, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Curiosity and enthusiasm for digital marketing, social innovation, and emerging platform trends.</li> </ul> <p style="text-align: center;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: center;"><strong>ABOUT FANDUEL</strong></p> <p>FanDuel Group is the premier mobile gaming company in the United States and Canada.
