<p><strong>THE POSITION<br></strong>Our roster has an opening with your name on it</p> <p>We are seeking a Senior Auditor to join our team! This role is part of the FanDuel Group Internal Audit team, which is in turn part of the Flutter Entertainment Group Internal Audit team. As a key member of our Internal Audit team, this individual will help ensure that the internal controls are appropriately designed, operationally effective and aligned with FanDuel’s objectives.&nbsp;</p> <p>The position offers unique exposure to our high-energy business, its business operations and people. It offers interesting and challenging work across a variety of engagements. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>THE GAME PLAN</strong><br>Everyone on our team has a part to play</p> <p>&nbsp;This position will work&nbsp;with other highly motivated and engaged Internal Auditors, along with key stakeholders in the&nbsp;business,&nbsp;to support in the&nbsp;continued evolution of&nbsp;FanDuel’s&nbsp;internal control environment.&nbsp;Key responsibilities for this role include:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Support&nbsp;in the overall audit planning process, attending stakeholder&nbsp;meetings&nbsp;and providing&nbsp;valuable&nbsp;input into the audit plan</li> <li>Lead the planning, preparation and completion of audit projects following defined quality standards and timelines.&nbsp;</li> <li>Set and promote&nbsp;high standards&nbsp;of audit work and ensuring high quality&nbsp;and influential&nbsp;audit reports are delivered consistently</li> <li>Communicate&nbsp;and report audit findings to business management</li> <li>Work as a partner to the business in&nbsp;identifying&nbsp;significant process and structure improvements to&nbsp;assist&nbsp;the business in meeting its corporate objectives</li> <li>Maintain strong relationships within the team,&nbsp;auditees&nbsp;and management</li> <li>Work with stakeholders to generate advisory project opportunities as part of audit projects</li> <li>Analyze&nbsp;large data sets to make informed conclusions</li> <li>This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.&nbsp;using CAATs (Computer-Assisted Audit Techniques)</li> <li>Lead audits where data analytics testing is a key element of the review</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>THE STATS</strong><br>What we're looking for in our next teammate</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree preferred</li> <li>Minimum of&nbsp;2-3&nbsp;years&nbsp;of&nbsp;experience in an audit function</li> <li>Good understanding of internal controls, including proper design and implementation</li> <li>Experience in the gambling sector or a similar highly regulated environment would be an advantage</li> <li>Experience in planning,&nbsp;managing&nbsp;and delivering audits from Big 4 or similar</li> <li>Strong&nbsp;aptitude for using data analytics tools and techniques would be a distinct advantage</li> <li>Ability to communicate (both written and verbal) to all levels of management and&nbsp;write&nbsp;meaningful reports and presentations</li> <li>Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality results in line with audit timelines</li> <li>Ability to influence change&nbsp;with&nbsp;management</li> <li>Licensure: Must be able to pass required licensing as mandated by various state racing and gaming regulatory bodies</li> <li>Required to occasionally travel for work</li> </ul> <p style="text-align: center;"><strong>ABOUT FANDUEL</strong></p> <p>FanDuel Group is the premier mobile gaming company in the United States and Canada. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays.
