The Loyalty SDK is a foundational investment that enables us to operate as one platform, delivering consistent, familiar experiences as fans move across products.

As Staff Product Manager, Loyalty SDK, you will own the vision, roadmap, and execution of a build-once, deploy-everywhere SDK that powers shared loyalty and identity experiences across the Fanatics ecosystem. Your work will directly impact how millions of fans log in, engage with loyalty, earn and use rewards, and experience Fanatics as a single, unified brand.

This role is ideal for a senior product leader who thrives at the intersection of platforms and consumer experiences, and who enjoys driving alignment across multiple teams, products, and stakeholders.

What You’ll Do Own the Loyalty SDK Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define the execute the long-term product vision and roadmap for the Fanatics Loyalty SDK.
  • Identify high-impact, cross-product capabilities that should be built once and reused everywhere.
  • Balance ecosystem-level consistency with flexibility for tenant-specific needs and use cases.

Build Scalable, Reusable Product Capabilities

  • Own the SDK end-to-end, including requirements, developer experience, adoption strategy, and ongoing evolution.
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Architecture to define APIs, eventing, integration patterns, and extensibility.
  • Ensure SDK components are performant, well-documented, and easy for teams to adopt and ship.

Drive Consistent Cross-Product Fan Experiences

  • Enable seamless Fanatics ONE login and loyalty experiences across multiple consumer applications.
  • Create shared, portable UX patterns that increase familiarity and reduce friction as users move across products.
  • Work with Design to establish reusable UI and interaction standards.

Lead Through Influence

  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data, and Identity teams across multiple business lines.
  • Act as a central point of alignment between enterprise strategy and individual product teams.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels, from engineers to executives.

Measure Impact & Drive Adoption

  • Define and track success metrics such as SDK adoption, time-to-market improvements, and cross-product usage.
  • Use data and feedback to continuously improve SDK capabilities and ecosystem outcomes.
  • Ensure teams successfully launch SDK-powered features across multiple products.

  • The Loyalty SDK is widely adopted across Fanatics products.
  • Cross-product features ship faster with less duplicated engineering effort.
  • Fans experience consistent, high-quality loyalty and login journeys across apps.
  • Increased loyalty engagement, cross-product participation, and long-term customer value.
  • Strong trust and alignment across product, engineering, and business stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7 plus years of Product Management experience, with ownership of platform, SDK, or shared infrastructure products.
  • Experience driving cross-application or cross-team product initiatives in complex environments.
  • Strong technical fluency, including APIs, SDKs, event-driven systems, or platform architecture.
  • Ability to balance standardization with flexibility for different products or customers.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience defining metrics and measuring product impact.
  • Passion for building scalable systems that unlock speed, leverage, and better customer experiences.

Salary range is listed in USD; ranges will change based on country and state of residence, which are reflected in Geographical Zones defined by Fanatics Betting and Gaming. *Salary Range: $180,000 to $200,000 (Salary range incorporates all of our Geographical Compensation Zones and is subject to change as the Zone associated with the actual Offer is confirmed).
