We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our growing engineering team. As a key technical leader, you will build and scale intuitive, high-performance, and accessible user experiences that power our products. You will partner closely with Product, Design, and Backend Engineering to deliver solutions that delight users and move our business forward.
This role requires deep expertise in modern frontend frameworks, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to mentor other engineers. You’ll play a critical part in shaping both the technical architecture and the engineering culture.
Design, build, and optimize scalable frontend applications using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (React or similar).
Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate requirements and wireframes into high-quality, performant code.
Ensure accessibility, usability, and responsiveness across devices and browsers.
Champion best practices in code quality, testing, performance, and CI/CD automation.
Mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.
Partner with backend teams to define APIs and data contracts.
Drive technical decisions around architecture, tooling, and frontend standards.
Monitor and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.
5+ years of professional frontend development experience.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks (React preferred).
Hands-on experience with state management (Redux, MobX, Recoil, or similar).
Solid understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and modern web application architecture.
Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, etc.).
Familiarity with build systems and tooling (Webpack, Vite, Babel, etc.).
Knowledge of web performance optimization and accessibility standards (WCAG).
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Experience in mentoring or leading engineers is a plus.
