About this role

The SaaS Engineer will design, develop, and manage scalable, reliable, and secure cloud-based software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, across the business and IT to ensure smooth operation, management and growth of our SaaS products.  This role will include the onboarding of new internal customers to our various services, ensuring day-to-day stability and best practices are enforced within the environment. This is a full time role, in the designated office 5 days per week. 

Responsibilities

Administration & Deployment:

  • Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications behind current IDP (identity provider) schema.
  • Architect and manage cloud infrastructure to support SaaS applications.
  • Assist with end customer oversight and provisioning

Security & Compliance:

  • Implement security best practices, including identity management, and secure authentication.
  • Ensure Applications run in accordance with Fanatics Collectibles security and compliance guidelines.

Performance Optimization & Monitoring:

  • Monitor and optimize application performance, ensuring fast and reliable customer experience.
  • Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting tools to detect and resolve issues proactively.

Collaboration:

  • Work with managers and other stakeholders to understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-organizational to improve processes and ensure seamless integration

Requirements

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in cloud office platforms (Office365 and Google Workspace) in administration and integration.
  • Strong familiarity With Okta IDP
  • General knowledge of various cross functional tools (Slack, Jira, LucidChart, Notion, Clickup.)
  • Hands-on experience with deployment and change management of SaaS tools.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and integration with third-party tools.

Security & Compliance:

  • Experience with security protocols and standards, including OAuth, SAML, and identity management solutions.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2, etc.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote or distributed team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to fully document and articulate in a ITIL service lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Knowledge of SaaS billing, subscription management, or customer anaytics platforms. 
  • ITIL Certification
