As a Full-Time Counselor with Family Resources Inc., you will play a crucial role in providing essential counseling services to youth and families in both shelter and community settings. Your responsibilities will include helping clients identify challenges and develop effective solutions through a comprehensive approach that involves assessment, planning, case management, and various counseling formats—individual, family, and group sessions. With an active caseload, you’ll maintain regular contact with clients, ensuring they receive the personalized support they need.
While services are typically delivered at your assigned location, you may also have the opportunity to engage with clients at off-site locations, expanding your impact in the community.
