About this role

American Welding & Gas / Coastal Welding Supply is currently seeking an energetic, self-motivated person to fulfill a Administrative Assistant position at our  Baytown, TX  location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Branch Manager in the distribution of gas cylinders products.
  • Assist with driver paperwork. Review to help ensure delivery accuracy and help resolve any issues related to any discrepancies and cylinder gas tracking.
  • Maintain stock of all office essentials and pre-printed paperwork books for Production and Distribution Teams.
  • Selecting daily order tickets and verification in Trackabout.
  • Daily cash reconciliation.
  • Answer incoming phone calls for the branch
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Administrative Assistant Qualifications:

  • Intermediate level computer skills.
