The Production Supervisor needs to be hands-on and people-focused to lead frontline teams in our manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and driving continuous improvement using Lean principles.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations Management or a related field. Or sufficient experience in supervisory position. Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar experience preferred.
Experience: 2–5 years of production or operations management experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong foundation in Lean Thinking and a commitment to operational excellence. Known for clear communication, effective problem-solving, and leading with empathy, clarity, and accountability. Proven ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement safer, more efficient operational practices. Brings strong leadership experience in managing, mentoring, and developing teams, with the ability to drive performance and lead through influence. Familiar with the Choosing By Advantages (CBA) decision-making methodology and experienced in working with ERP systems.
Travel: Up to 10% depending on business needs.
Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 6 am and 6 pm, Monday through Friday.
