Join Home Trust as a Securitization Administrator, reporting to the director of securitization, and be part of our talented and growing team! 

About the role:

• Execute securitization processes in compliance with CMHC standards and regulatory requirements
• Generate investor reports and maintain mortgage pool documentation using MortgageHub and SAP
• Contribute to data analysis, audit preparedness, and the development of reporting tools
• Perform regression testing, resolve system issues, and implement functionality enhancements
• Validate data accuracy and collaborate cross-functionally to support securitization operations 

What we’re looking for:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in securitization, mortgage underwriting, or Treasury operations
• Knowledge of CMHC NHA MBS programs and regulatory reporting (e.g., 2840)
• Strong analytical, Excel (VBA), and reporting skills (Power BI a plus)
• Experience with Mortgage Hub and SAP is an asset
• A university degree in Business, Economics, or a related field

What you can expect - pay & process:

• Expected base salary range is 50,000$ -60,000$ .
