<div class="content-intro"><p>fairlife, LLC is a Chicago-based nutrition company that creates great-tasting, nutrition-rich and dairy products to nourish consumers.</p> <p>With over $3B in annual retail sales, fairlife’s portfolio of delicious, lactose-free, real dairy products includes: <strong>fairlife® ultra-filtered milk</strong>; <strong>Core Power®</strong> High Protein Shakes, a sports nutrition drink to support post-workout recovery; <strong>fairlife® nutrition plan™</strong>, a nutrition shake to support the journey to better health.</p> <p>A wholly owned subsidiary of The Coca-Cola company, fairlife, LLC has been recognized by both Fast Company and Nielsen for its industry leading innovation.</p> <p>To learn more about fairlife and its complete line of products, please visit <a href="http://www.fairlife.com">fairlife.com</a>.</p></div><p><strong>responsibilities:</strong></p> <p><strong>Internal Communications Strategy &amp; Leadership</strong></p> <p>• Develop and lead a short and long-term enterprise-wide internal communications strategy aligned with fairlife’s business objectives, mission, culture, and values</p> <p>• Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership and cross-functional partners on internal messaging, change communications, and employee engagement initiatives.</p> <p>• Establish best practices and governance for internal communications across channels.</p> <p><strong>Employee Communications</strong></p> <p>• Oversee day-to-day employee communications, including leadership messages, company updates, change initiatives, and major milestones.</p> <p>• Ensure fairlife’s messaging and positions are clear, consistent, timely, and tailored to diverse employee audiences, including corporate and plant-based teams and our TCCC system partners.</p> <p>• Manage internal campaigns that reinforce our business objectives, mission, culture, values, and performance.</p> <p><strong>Plant/Manufacturing Communications &amp; Operational Alignment</strong></p> <p>• Streamline and strengthen communications with and to fairlife’s plant locations, ensuring two-way communication between corporate teams and plant employees.</p> <p>• Partner closely with Operations, Plant Leadership, HR, and Safety teams to create clear, actionable communications.</p> <p>• Develop scalable tools, templates, and processes that support plant leaders in delivering effective local communications.</p> <p><strong>Employer Branding &amp; Employee Experience</strong></p> <p>• Lead internal employer branding efforts, ensuring employees understand and can authentically represent fairlife’s business objectives, mission, culture, and values.</p> <p>• Partner with HR and Talent teams to align internal messaging with external employer brand and talent attraction efforts.</p> <p>• Support onboarding, recognition, and engagement programs through strong storytelling and communications.</p> <p><strong>Internal Channels</strong></p> <p>• Own the strategy, governance, and roadmap for how and when we leverage internal channels for communications, including newsletters, Intranet, all hands meetings and organization announcements.</p> <p>• Partner with IT, HR, and content owners to improve usability, content quality, and adoption across locations.</p> <p><strong>Measurement &amp; Continuous Improvement</strong></p> <p>• Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of internal communications efforts.</p> <p>• Use data, insights, and employee feedback to refine strategies and demonstrate impact</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>skills/qualifications required:</strong></p> <p>• 7+ years of experience with increased responsibility in internal/enterprise, brand communications, corporate communications or public relations, with a focus on the food and beverage industry required. CPG experience preferred.</p> <p>• Proven experience supporting both corporate and frontline or manufacturing/plant-based employee populations.</p> <p>• Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to execute at a high level.</p> <p>• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling capabilities.</p> <p>• Experience leading intranet strategy and managing multiple internal communication channels.</p> <p>• Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.</p> <p>• Familiarity with change management and transformation communications.</p> <p>• Knowledge of internal communications measurement and analytics tools.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>position location:</strong> Chicago, IL</p> <p><strong>reports to:</strong> Sr. Director, Communications</p> <p><strong>travel requirements:</strong> ~30%</p> <p><strong>exempt/nonexempt:</strong> Exempt</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">#LI-Hybrid #LI-BB1</span></p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>*Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
