This role will support the development and delivery of a data driven culture and platform.&nbsp; In this role you will work closely with the DI team to drive the adoption and scaling of our newly developed analytics platform, primarily supporting the factories and manufacturing operations.&nbsp; This includes owning the design, development and delivery of key data visualizations &amp; reports.</p> <p><strong>responsibilities: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Author complex DAX and SQL calculations to monitor necessary business metrics while ensuring optimal performance</li> <li>Design, develop and deliver key data visualization reports for all critical factory operations</li> <li>Lead data acquisition initiatives for new data sources both internal and external to the company</li> <li>Work cross-functionally to drive engagement and adoption of data-driven tools</li> <li>Interface with key stakeholders to lead development of insights and analytics for manufacturing operations</li> <li>Support rollout of data agents including prompt engineering, training and end-user acceptance</li> <li>Develop and manage strategic Apps, creating consistent reporting and visual standards</li> <li>Partner closely with factory operations to prioritize and plan analytics workstreams</li> <li>Provide training and support to business partners where needed</li> </ul> <p><strong>skills/qualifications required: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in analytics, data science, computer science or related technical field</li> <ul> <li>OR 3-5+ years relevant work experience</li> </ul> <li>High Proficiency in SQL and DAX programming languages</li> <li>Experience creating, publishing and managing large data-driven reports and dashboards using <strong>Microsoft</strong> <strong>PowerBI</strong></li> <li>Detailed approach to ensure data integrity, accuracy and adherence to DI data standards</li> <li>Proficiency across Microsoft Applications (Azure, Azure DevOps, Fabric, etc) <strong>is a plus</strong></li> <li>Experience leveraging other data development tools such as Visual Studio, SSMS, DAX Studio, Jira, Lucid Chart, and Tabular Editor</li> <li>Excellent communication and documentation skills to effectively gather reporting requirements</li> <li>Self-starter with a <strong>growth mindset</strong> and a passion for data</li> <li>Ability to work in a fast paced, high growth entrepreneurial environment</li> </ul> <p><strong><em><span data-teams="true">This position requires current authorization to work in the United States.
