The Role – Hybrid Sales:
This position combines inside sales (prospecting, outbound calls, account management) with outside sales (face-to-face client meetings, relationship building, closing deals).
You will:
Develop and grow a customer base in the freight and logistics sector.
Close deals, negotiate rates, and drive measurable revenue.
Deliver exceptional service to retain clients and generate repeat business.
Analyze shipping and logistics data to find growth opportunities.
Non-negotiables:
2+ years of inside and/or outside sales experience in transportation, logistics, or freight brokerage.
Proven track record of winning business and exceeding quotas.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) and comfort with data/analytics.

Shipping from the USA to Western Canada or vice versa? We have you covered to/from Alberta, the Yukon, and British Columbia, including Victoria Island.
