Nous recherchons un Ingénieur Qualité expérimenté pour renforcer cette réputation grâce à un engagement constant envers l’amélioration continue.

Responsabilités (liste non exhaustive):

  • Soutien général à l’organisation Qualité
  • Maintenir et améliorer le Système de Management de la Qualité (ISO 9001, ASME).
  • Créer et mettre à jour la documentation qualité (procédures, instructions de travail).
  • Participer aux audits internes et externes (clients, organismes de certification).
  • Participer aux revues de contrats et aux processus d’approbation des certificats de conformité (CoC).
  • Gérer les plaintes clients (RMA) et coordonner la résolution interservices.
  • Participer à l’élaboration et à la révision des procédures existantes.
  • Supervision des fournisseurs
    • Contribuer aux audits fournisseurs et surveiller la performance des fournisseurs.
  • Formation
    • Assurer la gestion globale des dossiers de formation à l’échelle de l’entreprise.
    • Produire des rapports pour les différents départements afin de soutenir la conformité aux exigences de formation.
  • Amélioration continue
    • Mener des analyses de causes racines et piloter les actions correctives (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Pourquoi).
    • Suivre les indicateurs qualité (KPI) et impulser des initiatives d’amélioration continue.

Qualifications & Compétences:

-Rigueur et sens de l’organisation.

-Solide esprit analytique.

-Capacité à travailler en équipe et excellentes compétences en communication.

-Proactivité et orientation amélioration continue.

-Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.

-Maîtrise professionnelle du français et de l’anglais.

Exigences d’expérience:

-3 à 5 ans d’expérience en qualité industrielle.

-Connaissance d’ISO 9001 (la norme ASME Section III constitue un atout).

-Maîtrise des outils qualité : FMEA, 8D, Ishikawa, Pareto, etc.

-Compétences en lecture de dessins techniques et en métrologie.

-Aisance avec les systèmes ERP et la suite MS Office.

Exigences de formation:

  • Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent.
  • Baccalauréat ou diplôme technique connexe (atout).

MB Valve Company, powered by Fairbanks Morse Defense has manufactured valves for the defense and industrial industries for decades and is a trusted provider of specialized, severe-duty valves. Due to the stringent technical and quality requirements in which MBV’s products must satisfy, our manufacturing facility requires a robust Quality Assurance organization.  We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to build upon this reputation with an unwavering commitment to continuous improvement.   

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • General Quality Organization Support
  • Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (ISO 9001, ASME)
  • Create and update quality documentation (procedures, work instructions)
  •  Participate in internal & external audits (customers, certification bodies)
  • Participate in contract reviews and CoC approval processes
  • Manage customer complaints (RMA) and coordinate cross department resolution
  • Participation in procedure development and revisions of existing procedures
  • Vendor Oversight
    • Support supplier audits and monitor supplier performance
  • Training
    • Provide general oversight for company-wide training records
    • Report-outs to various departments to support compliance with training requirements
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Lead root cause analyses and corrective actions (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why)
    • Monitor quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives

 

Qualification & Skills:

-Rigorous & organized

-Strong analytical thinking

-Team spirit & communication skills

-Proactive with a continuous improvement mindset

-Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

-Professional proficiency in French and English

Experience Requirements:

-3–5 years’ experience in industrial quality

-Knowledge of ISO 9001 (ASME Section III is a plus)

-Proficiency with quality tools: FMEA, 8D, Ishikawa, Pareto, etc.

 -Skilled in technical drawing reading and metrology

-Comfortable with ERP systems and MS Office

Education Requirements:

  • High School Graduate or Equivalent
  • Bachelor’s or associate Degree in applicable technical field preferred
