The Institutional Buy Side is responsible for developing and marketing industry-leading tools for portfolio management, quantitative research, risk, performance & attribution, and execution management across the investment lifecycle. Our clients include the world’s largest asset managers, asset owners, and insurance companies.  

The Services organization is focused on evolving FactSet’s global service delivery model by streamlining operational workflows and enhancing data quality, transparency, and efficiency. This includes key service tools such as Portfolio Reconciliation Utility, Portfolio Health, Lifecycle Dashboards, and Portfolio Services Dashboards—tools that underpin FactSet’s growing Managed Services and Portfolio Services business. 

The Services Product Management team is driving the evolution of our workflow and process monitoring tools.  These products ensure transparency into the processing of data into FactSet, validating and ensuring data accuracy and completeness, and outputting the results in presentation ready format.  

The Services Product team is looking for a talented individual with experience with Middle Office applications and workflows to contribute to a team responsible for delivering solutions to enhance efficiencies within Middle Office functions at our clients.  This role will have the responsibility of driving product development and influence product strategy as the team builds out the product offering to support performance, reporting and risk workflows. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with clients, internal stakeholders and software engineering teams to define and execute product roadmap for Services products 

  • Become the SME of Services products and driving the evolution of the products into a seamless experience for our users   

  • Apply Product Mindset principles to identify opportunities to deliver value to our customers. 

  • Responsible for product delivery, success measurement, and marketing 

Required Skills: 

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience 

  • Collaborative team player with capability to work within a global, cross-functional team 

  • Must possess enthusiasm, desire and a strong sense of initiative as a self-starter     

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Proficient knowledge of Middle Office applications and knowledge of Services offerings 

  • Experience with Agile development

Nice to Have:

  • Base knowledge or aptitude with AI concepts

Job location: Boston, Chicago, New York and Norwalk

Working Environment: Hybrid

Salary is just one component of our compensation package and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, and certifications. 

The budgeted amount range for this position in New York City and Norwalk is $120,000 -$150,000
