The France sales team is spearheading growth in FactSet’s business across France and French speaking Switzerland, focusing on Existing Clients and New Business.

As a Sales Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of nurturing and growing existing high-value, strategically important client accounts on the thriving French and French speaking Swiss market. Based in Paris, you will leverage your fluent French skills and deep industry knowledge to drive meaningful client relationships and account expansion.

What You'll Do :

- Strategic Regional Account Growth: Focus on growing existing client accounts, fostering long-term partnerships, and transforming opportunities into success stories.

- Tailored Planning: Craft and implement strategic account plans tailored to each client to drive pipelines and incremental growth.

- Proactive Innovation: Navigate complex contract renewals with foresight and creativity, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and enduring loyalty.

- Relationship Building: Elevate relationships with key stakeholders, positioning FactSet as their go-to trusted advisor and strategic ally.

- Collaborative Success: Work synergistically with product specialist teams, including Data Solutions, Middle Office, and Front Office, to maximize growth potential across all business segments.

- Consultative Partnership: Team up with FactSet’s Consulting division to design and execute strategies for unparalleled client retention and account growth, establishing FactSet as the industry benchmark.

- Valued Insight: Demonstrate FactSet’s compelling value proposition, connecting the dots and setting the stage for pioneering initiatives within existing accounts.

What We’re Looking For :

- Proven Expertise: 7/10 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in sales roles within the financial services industry, with demonstrated success in managing and growing complex accounts.

- Academic Excellence: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Finance.

- Sales Passion: A powerful drive for Sales, with a natural talent for leading and nurturing existing accounts into lasting partnerships.

- Client-Centric Excellence: Exceptional client-facing skills, with a history of expanding existing business paths and revenue streams.

- Sector Knowledge: Deep understanding of Asset Managers, Wealth Managers, Asset Servicers, Banking crafting strategies that resonate across diverse market verticals.

- Leadership Flair: Enthusiastic, constructive mentality, coupled with strong leadership abilities and a track record of outstanding performance.

- Language Proficiency: Fluent in French and English with communication skills for seamless client interactions.

- Relationship Magnetism: Proven ability to forge robust relationships with senior stakeholders, both externally and internally.

- Pressure Confidence: A poised and composed approach in challenging environments, turning obstacles into opportunities.
