CallStreet is the leading provider of Raw Transcripts, Corrected Transcripts, and Formatted transcripts of Earnings, Conferences, and other various other events’ calls to the investment community. Investment professionals rely on CallStreet Transcripts for research and key business decisions
What You'll Do
- Ensure RAW transcripts are uploaded within 2.2x of the call length with an accuracy of 96.33%. Also, ensure that the text is updated in the Express window for the clients to view on a regular basis for Express calls
- Back up for TL
- Managing the transcription team in the absence of the Team Lead. Pick calls and allocate them to transcribers.
- Feedback to transcribers on the segments reviewed by them.
- Live calls are uploaded and the team is occupied
What We're Looking For
- Listening Ability - To be able to review the transcript while listening to different accents
- Typing Skills - To be able to type/edit the transcripts faster and accurately
- Strong Knowledge of Financial terms - To understand the context of the calls and terminologies being used as the calls are majorly related to the financial performance of the company.
- Research Skill - To be able to research on the relevant Products, Executive names not easily understandable in the audio
- Ability to work in Pressure - The nature of the work is highly tiring both physically and mentally and hence to be able to absorb the pressure is an essential requirement for the job
- Ownership - As the role requires to act as backup of TL during their absence, the role requires Ownership
