About this role

We are seeking an International Regulatory and Scientific Affairs Specialist to support regulatory compliance for global product development, licensing, and labeling. This role focuses on developing and reviewing compliant label content, assessing regulatory risk, compiling scientific and regulatory dossiers, and collaborating with internal teams and regulatory authorities to support new and existing products.

 

Permanent Full-Time (40 hours)

Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (flexible); Hybrid

Salary: $65,500 - $72,000 per year

 

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and review regulatory-compliant label content, including Supplement Facts, claims, and marketing language.
  • Assess regulatory risk for new and existing products and provide compliance guidance on formulations and ingredients.
  • Compile, submit, and maintain regulatory and scientific dossiers, approvals, and supporting documentation.
  • Collaborate with QA, R&D, Marketing, and external regulatory authorities to ensure cGMP and labeling compliance.
  • Stay current on regulatory changes and evaluate their impact on products and business operations.

 

You have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a science-related field (Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, or similar).
  • 3–4 years of Regulatory Affairs experience, including dietary supplements in a GMP environment.
  • Strong knowledge of labeling, claims, and advertising regulations across applicable markets.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and documentation skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
