Fabletics is currently looking for an Influencer Relations Intern DE.

With offices in Berlin, London, Barcelona and headquarters in Los Angeles, this person will be based out of our Berlin office for an internship with a duration of 6 months starting on February.
Please be aware that this internship must be a compulsory part of your studies (Pflichtpraktikum) and you have to be fluent in German (C1-C2 level).
This position will report to the Influencer Relations Manager.
What you will learn in your role:
Identify and source Micro Influencers and partnerships including UGC creators
Help to manage the Fabletics “Gifting Program” and learn about the right tools, processes, and strategies to analyse performance and growth
Support conceptualization and execution of influencer marketing campaign for Fabletics
Assist in creating and designing of the Influencer-Campaign’s briefing
Benchmark from competing brands to stay aware of successful influencer relationship strategies and partnerships
Execute performance analysis using common Influencer- and Online Marketing Tools
Organize and maintain new collections in the showroom
Support shoots, events and campaign launches
Required Skills:
Ongoing studies in business, communication or similar
Excellent organization and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Good knowledge of online communication and social media platforms and trends (TikTok & Instagram)
Strong interest in fashion and innovation
Willingness to learn independently in a structured organization as well as in team projects
Joy in copywriting and good writing skills

- The intern will identify and source micro influencers and partnerships, manage the gifting program, and support influencer marketing campaigns. They will also assist in performance analysis and maintain collections in the showroom.
