Position Title: Card Services Representative 2
Business Unit: Operations
Reports To: Supervisor of Card Services

Position Overview:
This position is primarily responsible for performing a variety of administrative duties to support the Bank’s credit card and debit card programs. The incumbent works independently and coordinates with various departments regarding credit and debit card processing in conjunction with Bank policies and procedures. The incumbent is expected to provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers. The incumbent is actively involved in product security and fraud control.

Primary Responsibilities:
Inputs approved applications into the appropriate software for set-up. Maintains account information with address changes, credit limit changes, etc.
Responds to inquiries from debit and credit cardholders and researches problems and disputes.
Reviews and monitors various reports including lost or stolen account activity, accounts not activated, fraud alerts and exception reports.
Performs daily reconcilements and accounting functions for various general ledger and Demand Deposit Accounts (DDA).
Provides portfolio reports to management.
Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.

Minimum Education:
High School or GED

MS Word - Intermediate Level
